HITTINGPADS arranges private Muay Thai and Western Boxing sessions with independent coaches in Bangkok. A request becomes a confirmed booking once we confirm the coach, time and location with you. Bookings are approximately one hour. Your coach adapts the session to your level, fitness, goals and recovery needs. The time includes warm-up, technique, pads or mitts and recovery; it is not continuous padwork. Your session price is shown before you send your request. Pay by Thai QR / PromptPay, bank transfer or cash directly to your coach. We confirm payment arrangements with your booking. Please arrange permission to use your chosen space, follow building rules and bring your own gloves and wraps where possible. Tell your coach about relevant limitations and stop if you feel unwell. Group sessions are customized. The format and price are agreed before confirmation. Special guest sessions have their own published price and dates.
