Can I train at my hotel or condo in Asoke?
Yes, if your building allows an outside coach and padwork in the chosen space. Ask your hotel or condo management first, then send us your location so we can check coach availability. HITTINGPADS brings training to you; we do not operate a walk-in gym.
Is private Muay Thai suitable for beginners?
Yes. Start with stance and basic strikes, then practise punches, kicks, knees and elbows on the pads at a pace suited to you. Tell us your experience and goals when requesting a session so your coach can adapt the training.
What does the session price include?
Around one hour of one-to-one coaching, coach travel and pads for 1,800 THB. Bring your own gloves and wraps where possible. You can pay by Thai QR, bank transfer or cash. See private training prices.
